Record Storage Process
Customers have the option to bar code their boxes or a Northcoast employee can bar code the boxes. Northcoast will pick up your boxes for storage at your facility, and they are immediately stored in our total recall software and placed on the shelves in our secure facility. Customers will receive copies of inventory/transmittal sheets.
When you need your records, simply call with the appropriate barcode and a Northcoast employee will place them in our private viewing room or bring them to your facility.
When the shelf life of a box expires, we will contact you with permission to shred your documents. That way, you will not be paying for an expired box to sit on a shelf.
Scanning Service
Northcoast also offers imaging service (scanning). We will scan and convert your records into digital files for electronic retrieval and available to the media of your choice. Need your records in a hurry? Northcoast will simply scan & email them to you.
